On 22-23 September 2014, the second joint workshop ZNZ/UCL Neuroscience took place in Zurich. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the progress made in various collaborative projects set up last year and identify future avenues for further collaboration.
The workshop highlighted the common research interests of both partners in computational neuroscience, imaging, psychiatry, spinal cord injury, neuro-urology and multiple sclerosis. In 2014 principal investigators from ZNZ and UCL have already produced about 25 joint publications in the fields of neurodegeneration, behavior and cognitive and social neuroscience – next to the topics of the workshop. The joint steering committee of the collaboration is currently planning the activities of 2015.
