We congratulate Nathalie Giroud, Christophe Valmaggia and Mital Hitendu Dave on their inaugural lectures.
On 7 March, Nathalie Giroud talked about age-related brain changes resulting in hearing impairments: “Ich verstehe dich nicht. Bin ich schwerhörig oder schwer von Begriff? Zwischen gesunden und pathologischen Hirnveränderungen im Alter“. One week later, on 14 March, Christophe Valmaggia from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zurich talked about “Update zur Behandlung der diabetischen Retinopathie” and MiItal Hitendu Dave from the Balgrist University Hospital gave her lecture entitled “Can general anesthesia harm Baby Brains?“.
