
The Swiss 3Rs Day 2025 will focus on the implementation of the 3Rs – Replace, Reduce, Refine – in neuroscience. The event brings together contributions from research, education, and industry.
The upcoming Swiss 3Rs Day will take place on 24 June 2025 at UZH and is dedicated to the application of the 3Rs in neuroscience. The 3Rs principles are guidelines for animal testing that aim to replace, reduce, and refine the use of animals in research. The event’s program includes presentations on current research, practical tools, and case studies aimed at improving ethical standards and reproducibility in preclinical work. The event is open to researchers from all career stages as well as participants from related fields.
Student Opportunities
The Swiss 3Rs Day is offering 10 student sponsorships for those without institutional funding. Apply by June 15, 2025 with a short motivation letter: info@swiss3rcc.org.
