Going to a conference or a business trip and you have small children that need child care? Students and staff of the ETH can now apply for a Robert Gnehm Grant. The Grant provides funding for child care during work-related absences. The deadline for proposals is October 15, 2019.
In addition to doctoral and postdoctoral students, also administrative and technical staff can apply for financial support if they want to attend a conference, complete a short research stay abroad or go on a specific business trip and if this results in extra costs for childcare.
Applicants are eligible for this support if they have preschool children (up to kindergarten entrance) and if both parents are employed or are studying. The grant applies to employees of the ETH only.
Applications for a Robert Gnehm Grant can be submitted electronically to the Equal! Office by October, 15th 2019: equal@sl.ethz.ch
